We are looking for a committed support worker to provide enablement support to a 23‑year‑old young man who leads an active life. The support is to enable him to access social activities both in the local area and further afield, e.g. Leeds. The client is an active individual who enjoys sports, especially football, music, mainly heavy metal, and spending time on his games console. The ideal applicant will be willing to engage in similar interests alongside him.

  • Have shared interests with the client
  • Be willing and able to drive his wheelchair accessible vehicle
  • Be willing and able to travel locally and further afield to places such as Leeds
  • Be available every Wednesday
  • Be a fun loving, active individual

A full enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate to work with adult's workforce will be required. Full cost will be met by the employer. You MUST hold a full, valid driving license and be confident to drive the client's vehicle.
