Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a popular insurance broker on expansion for their Private Clients / HNW team. You will focus on Household, mid and high net worth and Motor insurance, handling a portfolio of loyal clients with a strong retention ethos and a service-led approach.

The role is office based, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings. Essential: at least 1 year experience in personal lines broking or underwriting, enthusiasm, good literacy, and a team

Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a really popular insurance broker who rarely recruit as they just don’t lose staff who genuinely enjoy coming to work each day! This friendly broker have an opening due to expansion on their Private clients/ HNW team so they need personal lines Insurance experience.

Duties would include Household, mid and HNW and Motor Insurance. Most of the clients come through recommendation and their ethos is a ‘portfolio’ approach to their requirements so you will be comfortable offering a good service to loyal customers. They have over 90% retention!

The role is office based mainly Monday to Friday but you’d occasionally need to work Saturday mornings.

Essential experience

• 1 year at least experience in personal lines Insurance broking or underwriting
• Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
• A good level of literacy
