They are looking to recruit a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in their Dungannon office.

The Role

Typical duties for the role of a Personal Lines Insurance Agent will include:

  • Advising individuals on suitable home, motor, and personal insurance products
  • Handling new business quotations, renewals, and policy amendments with accuracy
  • Responding promptly to customer queries and providing clear, helpful guidance
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Building rapport with clients and fostering ongoing customer loyalty
  • Liaising with insurance providers to source the most competitive cover
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team to deliver excellent service
  • Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling appropriate products
