The Role

As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of Personal Lines clients. You'll look after Renewals, New Business, MTAs, and day-to-day client queries across Motor, Home, Travel, Legal Expenses, and more.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and contribute to the company’s continued growth across NI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients
  • Handle Renewals, ensuring strong retention
  • Generate New Business and build strong client relationships
  • Process MTA’s accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to client queries across Motor, Household, Travel, Legal Expenses, etc.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Use internal systems (including Relay) effectively

  • Experience in Personal Lines insurance
