The role offers a salary of £45,000–£50,000 DOE plus parking, gym, bonus and hybrid working.

Who we’re looking for
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE
  • Extensive experience handling EL/PL/OL and RTA multi-track and intermediate-track cases
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent technical and people management skills
  • Proactive, positive and ready to lead by example
  • Strong client care focus and commitment to fairness and access to justice
What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and mentoring a team of personal injury fee earners
  • Managing team performance, quality and development
  • Supporting junior lawyers through regular 1:1s, feedback and training
  • Running a reduced, high-quality caseload of EL/PL/RTA files
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex or sensitive matters
  • Upholding best practice, compliance and the firm’s core values
  • Supporting the Operations Manager and Head of Department in delivering strategic goals
