Personal Injury Solicitor (Major Catastrophic), 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham. Specialising in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non-injury cases. JOB REF:1509

THE ROLE
  • As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters
  • You will be responsible for Casualty & Public Sector claims, Utilities cases, Employer’s Liability (EL) & Public Liability (PL) claims and Product Liability cases
  • You may also be required to supervise more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Defendant Personal Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
  • You will have strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
  • Experience in defendant casualty work
  • Proven experience managing a broad range of claims, including EL/PL, utilities, and product liability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle a varied caseload
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
