Client

A full-service Legal 500 regional law firm

Role

• Progressing a mixed caseload of Multi-Track RTA, EL and PL cases from start to conclusion
• Client liaison and meetings
• Meeting witnesses and preparing statements
• Taking instructions and advising clients on all aspects of their cases
• Drafting Schedules of Loss and other pleadings/legal documents

You

• 4+ years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEx)
• Client focused
• Have the ability to deal professionally, efficiently and effectively with bereaved / injured clients
• Proactive with good communication and IT skills
• Experience of Multi-Track cases would be an advantage
