Our client is a boutique law firm specialising in high value complex Claimant litigation matters in the North-West of England. They are looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEX to join their asbestos team.

Job Description

As a Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEX you will take Claimant witness statements on complex asbestos matters. Your remit will be to cover the South of England and therefore our client is open on location - but you could be travelling to take statements in locations 3/4 hours away.

Your duties will including interviewing Claimants and taking their witness statements as well as drafting the statements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEX should have at least 4 years experience of dealing with personal injury matters, ideally having dealt with asbestos matters although this is not a strict requirement for the role.
