Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Personal Injury Solicitor in Manchester. You will take ownership of a varied caseload, manage claims from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and witness statements, and negotiate settlements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years PQE (or CILEX equivalent), a proven billing record, and experience with OL/PL fast-track claims. Portal and non-portal experience is helpful; Proclaim experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• CILEX qualification.
• Experience with OL/PL fast-track claims.
• Familiarity with portal and non-portal claims.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft and prepare legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements.
• Negotiate settlements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to secure successful case outcomes.
• Keep up to date with Civil Procedure Rules and current trends.
• Drive litigated claims efficiently to achieve the best results for clients.
