A leading legal firm in Greater Manchester is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with over 3 years of PQE. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of RTA claims, including conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with deadlines. The opportunity is for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join an extremely busy and well-established personal injury department.
The successful candidate will manage a varied and demanding caseload of fast‑track and multi‑track RTA matters, together with employer liability and public liability claims. Responsibilities include full conduct of files, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, conducting liability investigations, gathering evidence, drafting pleadings, instructing experts and counsel, engaging in negotiations and ensuring compliance with all relevant procedural deadlines. The role is supported by the firm’s case‑management system and is set within a modern, dynamic, well‑resourced environment that uses technology to enhance productivity and support high standards of client care.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years’ PQE in personal injury law, with demonstrable experience of handling fast‑track and multi‑track RTA and employment and public liability cases from start to finish. They will possess strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to case management. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering a high standard of client care, comfortable working autonomously while also contributing positively to a supportive team environment. A willingness to engage in continuous professional development and embrace new ways of working is essential.
