Potential Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor with 7–10 years PQE. You will advise on complex cases, draft pleadings and statements, and represent clients with empathy.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern (office and home-based), travel to attend hearings as required, and strong progression opportunities within a supportive, people-centred culture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury, commercial litigation, and related matters from inception to resolution.
• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients and draft pleadings, witness statements, and other documents.
• Attend court hearings and advocate where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Work proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

My client covers Personal Injury (both claimant and defendant), Family and Business Disputes.

The YOU we are looking for will ideally be steeped in experience in Personal Injury or have a mixture of experience that includes Personal Injury.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact, from advising clients and managing complex cases to attending court hearings and contributing to the firm's continued growth.

What's the Day to Day?

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
• Attending court hearings and advocate where appropriate
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
• Working proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Who is the YOU we are looking for?

• You will have approximately 7-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience,
• Be confident working independently and as part of a team
• Be an attentive listener, detail-oriented, and capable of managing client interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills
• Be able and willing to travel and attend court hearings as required
