Serious Injury lawyer – Birmingham

Our client is seeking a talented Serious Injury Fee Earner to join there highly experienced team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to work on complex catastrophic and fatal injury cases within a supportive, long-standing firm.

The Role
  • Assist on a caseload of catastrophic and fatal injury matters (orthopaedic, brain, spinal, amputee)
  • Manage your own files up to £100k, with the chance to support a Partner on £1m+ claims
  • Work closely with clients, focusing on early intervention and rehabilitation
  • Progress cases proactively, ensuring deadlines and limitation dates are met
  • Handle litigation tasks, quantum valuation and settlement negotiations
  • Use the in‑house case management system and stay up to date with legal/regulatory changes
  • Some travel required for client meetings
