More about the day to day

• The role involves a large client focus where you'd be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
• Collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
• You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA & Medical Negligence files
• Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
• Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents
• Taking statements from witnesses
• Investigating claims
• Reviewing medical records
