JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor (Team Leader)

This is a key leadership role within a well‑respected law firm operating at the heart of a major national organisation. You will work closely with the Head of Operational Performance and Strategy, leading the team to achieve operational, financial and performance targets while ensuring all KPIs, audit standards and quality expectations are met. You will provide clear strategic direction on personal injury litigation and ensure the delivery of ethical, pragmatic and expert legal advice. In addition, you will promote a positive, high‑performance culture, support and develop your team and build strong working relationships across the business and with external partners.
The successful candidate will be a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, a strong background in personal injury litigation and proven experience managing a team of technical specialists within a legal environment. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of the relevant law, legal processes and the broader personal injury landscape, combined with the confidence and communication skills needed to lead effectively and work collaboratively. You will also be capable of driving performance while promoting best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across the department.
