Personal Injury Fee Earner - Liverpool - Hybrid - up to £45,000

The Role

Join a well-established law firm known for providing top-tier legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

As the firm’s Personal Injury department expands, they are looking to appoint an experienced Complex Injury Fee Earner to manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated cases involving RTA and EL/PL claims.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an RTA or EL/PL Claims Handler, with strong knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures. Experience managing Intermediate / Multi-Track claims is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The firm seeks a motivated, technically proficient Fee Earner who can build client relationships and deliver an outstanding level of service.

The Candidate

  • Experience managing a caseload of RTA, Credit Hire, or EL/PL claims
  • Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
