Duties
  • Help clients with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • As needed, assist clients with transfers and mobility.
  • When needed, assist with feeding and meal preparation.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and administer medication in accordance with care plans.
  • Keep clients’ living areas tidy and in a clean, safe atmosphere.
  • To guarantee continuity of care, effectively communicate with patients, their families, and medical staff.
  • Accurately record everyday activities and any modifications to the client’s condition.
Skills
  • A driver’s license is necessary.
  • Having access to the vehicle is crucial.
  • English proficiency is necessary for efficient client and team communication.
  • Knowledge of care plans and the capacity to correctly carry them out.
  • It is beneficial to have prior experience providing home care or working in a care home setting.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to establish connection with customers and their families.
  • Basic IT knowledge for communication with healthcare providers and documentation needs.
