Personal Care Assistant

Ref: TM8436

Location: Worthing

Employment Status: Employed or Self‑employed

Hours per week: 10.5 hours – 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (twice a week, any day Monday to Friday). Flexible start/finish time; Wednesdays 3:30 pm‑8:00 pm. Open to job share.

Hourly pay: Employed – £15.00 + 45 p per mile; Self‑employed – £20.

Requirements: Driver’s licence – Yes; Own vehicle – Yes.

Duties

• Medication prompting / administering
• Personal grooming, dressing / undressing, bathroom assistance
• Eating and drinking assistance
• Moving and handling, clinical tasks, transport
• Housekeeping, administration, cooking, shopping
• Companionship, looking after pets, gardening
• Other relevant duties as required
