Personal Care Assistant required to support a man who lives in the Burnopfield area

Personal Care Assistant required to support a man with a visual impairment who lives in the Burnopfield area
We are looking for someone to provide support to someone who has a visual impairment, to help them to build up their independence and to reduce isolation.

Hours /Wage

7 hours per week £ 13 per hour
The hours to be worked are flexible and can be discussed at interview. Please state your availability on your application.

Duties

Providing support to access the community, for example to help with shopping, or hospital appointments.
Supporting client with maintaining a safe living space by assisting with decluttering where needed and removing any broken furniture.
Supporting with personal care/hygiene and eating by prompting if required.

Additional Requirements/Information

Training/experience is not required.
Car driver with access to own car is essential.
Enhanced DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost
