We are looking for a personal carer to work in a rewarding role with a young woman who has complex needs and lives at home with her family. The young lady needing help has a rare condition with four types of diagnosis.

We will provide full training to the person who is appointed. We already have a strong team of personal care assistants in place and the successful applicant will join this team, getting to know this young lady and her family well in the process.

Our goal is to help this young woman to lead a full, active and fulfilling life, by ensuring she has the full support of every person within her team.

The applying care assistant should be self‑motivated and well‑organised. We would prefer if you have previous experience in care/support, and you are a strong team player. We are ideally wanting someone who has a positive outlook and is willing to learn and develop.
