Role

Autism Specialist for young adult P/T @ £13.74 in Morpeth

We are looking for someone with experience of working with young people with autism to support with 2 hours per week in the Hadston area. The hours are initially to be around supporting and encouraging personal care with the goal of moving on to going out and social activities. The hours are preferred on a Saturday around lunchtime or later afternoon.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support to young people with autism as agreed with the supervisor.
• Support and encourage participation in social activities and outings as confidence and availability permit.

Further Information

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS) will have to be obtained for the successful candidate (at employer's expense).
