Job summary

A local support organization in Little Cawthorpe seeks a caring individual to support a gentleman in accessing social activities. Responsibilities

• Support to get to and from school, work, college and social activities.
• Support and/or prompt the individual to access sporting and leisure activities.
• Assist and encourage socialisation and participation in activities.
• Report all accidents to the employer immediately.
• Report defects and/or hazards that may give rise to an accident.
• Ensure the safety of the individual at all times.

Requirements

• Transport requirement: Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.
• Subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure (costs will be covered).

Client Overview

Support a gentleman who attends social activities; you will need to accompany him to places, and encourage and prompt him to access and participate in social events and groups. He enjoys watching football, meeting friends in town, music and films.

Working Hours

• Hours per week: 10
• Thursday, 5.30pm – 9.30pm
• Friday, 3pm – 6pm
