Personal Brand Videographer

Location: Peterborough (On-site at Trade Mastermind HQ)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

An exceptional opportunity is available to join one of the UK's fastest-growing entrepreneurial businesses as an in-house Personal Brand Videographer. This is a unique chance to work in a high-performance, creative environment focused on content, personal branding, and business growth.

You will be working directly with Joseph Valente – 8-figure entrepreneur, investor, winner of BBC's The Apprentice, and founder of multiple high-growth ventures including:

  • Trade Mastermind – the UK's leading business growth accelerator for trades & construction
  • Unfinished Business – a behind-the-scenes YouTube documentary following the real journey of building a business empire

This is not your typical videographer role; you'll be at the centre of a fast-moving media and business operation, producing daily content with national brand exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Film at HQ and local shoots
  • Quickly edit and export polished content for social (vertical & horizontal)
  • Organise, label, and upload footage to internal systems
  • Ensure consistent branding with music, pacing, energy, and style
Requirements
  • Must have own camera, mic, laptop, and editing software (Final Cut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Proven experience filming social content, events, testimonials, YouTube
  • Capable of self-shot B-roll and directed shoots
  • Fast turnaround editing (same-day/next-day delivery)
  • Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and colour balance
