This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and fast-paced international school community, requiring exceptional multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to contributing positively to the school’s mission.

About the Role

As Personal Assistant to the Head of School, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Head of School.
  • Proactively manage a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events with precision.
  • Liaise confidently with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders in both English and French.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Be a reliable point of contact, always ready to assist and problem-solve as challenges arise.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in English (native level) with good proficiency in written and spoken French.
  • Demonstratesexceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities with accuracy, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Has a hands-on, can-do attitude and is alwayswilling to go the extra mileto support colleagues and students.
  • Is computer literate and confident using office and scheduling software.
  • Shows warmth, professionalism, and discretion in all communications.
  • Has a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for working in an educational setting.
