A leading utility company in Coventry is seeking a Professional Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level support and manage priorities efficiently. The role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's diary and inbox, preparing presentations, and acting as a trusted liaison with stakeholders. As the CEO’s PA, you will take full ownership of diary and inbox management, ensuring priorities are met and time is optimised. You’ll need to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain absolute attention to detail. Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, you’ll represent the CEO with credibility and care, cultivating trusted relationships and providing a consistently high standard of service
Beyond managing the day‑to‑day, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives—preparing board packs, creating presentations, and capturing actions from executive meetings. You’ll take responsibility for projects and tasks, driving them through to completion and ensuring deadlines are met.
