Personal Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team

Wirral Metropolitan College is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £24,667 - £28,476 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of confidential personal assistant support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage and co-ordinate multiple diaries, supporting related logistics.
  • Support the management of complex and confidential correspondence and associated actions.
  • Receive and respond appropriately to enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, providing a confidential, courteous and effective service.
  • Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships with key individuals and organisations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant level 3 qualification (e.g. Business Administration, Customer Service)
  • Maths qualification at level 2 or higher
  • English qualification at level 2 or higher
  • Successful experience of working in a support role at this level or similar.
