Personal Assistant to Director/s
Location: National Headquarters/Hybrid Remote
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Scottish Ambulance Service, providing high level support to our Executive Director(s).
As part of a well-established and professional administration team, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive PA and administrative service, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Director’s office.
In this role, you will support Executive Director(s) and senior managers, managing complex diaries, inboxes, correspondence and enquiries with discretion and efficiency. You will offer flexible and responsive assistance to meet the day-to-day needs of the Executive Director(s), adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
You will take responsibility for the full secretariat process for high level and complex meetings, including drafting agendas and supporting documentation, producing accurate minutes, and monitoring follow up actions. You will work closely with the Board Secretary and Governance Officer to prepare Board and Governance Committee papers.
