City based (Hybrid)

£40,000-45,000

Our client is a well-established consultancy firm with a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture and a global network of FTSE 100 clients. Their expertise spans Strategy, and Events, and their CEO is a visionary thought leader known for an inspirational approach to business.

They are seeking a degree-educated Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the CEO and Founder. This is a broad and dynamic role, involving global diary and travel management, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on involvement in high-profile client initiatives.

As the Personal Assistant, you will act as the CEO’s right-hand, managing an exceptionally busy schedule, coordinating international travel, and preparing high-quality presentations and reports. You will serve as a key liaison both internally and externally - building trusted relationships, overseeing speaking engagements, and ensuring priorities are delivered seamlessly.

This position offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team on high profile global initiatives, contributing directly to the company’s growth plans. You’ll be part of a collaborative, driven team that values excellence and innovation.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be degree educated with prior experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, Founder, or Partner) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong global diary and travel management experience, ideally across US and international time zones.
  • Possess exceptional communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Thrive in a client-focused, high-performance culture—experience in consultancy, tech, or professional services is highly advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact and grow alongside a company at the forefront of its industry. The working model is 3 days in the trendy office.
