Purpose

As our Personal Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you’ll be responsible for comprehensive and confidential support to the CCO to ensure the commercial strategic goals are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the diary of the CCO, including booking appointments & arranging travel and accommodation. Ensuring his time is managed efficiently.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ensuring the CCO is fully prepared for their day, including providing necessary paperwork and information ahead of time.
  • Communicating messages verbally and in writing on behalf of the CCO, including following up on action points.
  • Managing various projects and deadlines, directly related to the CCO’s priorities.
  • Liaising with senior people outside of the organisation, such as potential vendors.
  • Filtering general information, post, queries, telephone calls by re-directing or taking forward as appropriate.
  • Preparing general correspondence, including letters & emails.
  • Collate and circulate management information.
What we are looking for in our ideal PA to the CCO
  • Previous experience of being a personal assistant to a member of a Senior Management team.
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work on own initiative
