A large NHS trust in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced personal assistant for the Cellular Pathology Department. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining confidential records, and assisting in staff recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a background in HR. This role supports flexible working arrangements and contributes to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
To be responsible for providing an comprehensive and proactive personal assistant service to the Cellular Pathology Department. The post holder will be required to work independently and exercise a significant level of initiative in organising the administrative workload of the Department. It is advantageous for the applicant to have some HR experience and knowledge. Maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
