Personal Assistant – Single-Family Office, London

An exciting and exclusive opportunity has become available with a newly established, London based, Single-Family Office who are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing a varied range of tasks which support the lifestyles of the principals and the operational running of the family office.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Diary management for principals.
  • Attending to travel arrangements for the principals and family office where required.
  • Coordinating travel on private aviation and yacht alongside management company.
  • Office administration within the London office and supporting the team there, including welcoming visitors, answering telephone, assisting with invoices and managing office supplies as necessary.
  • Assisting with any personal shopping for the principals.
  • Responsible for distribution of incoming and outgoing post and packages for the principals.
  • Assisting with the organisation of annual affairs and events.
  • Any other tasks that may be required
