Job Description
- Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Organise and prepare documentation for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases in line with organisational policies.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
