Job Description

A brilliant architecture firm based in impressive offices in the City, are seeking a solid PA to join their very social and fun team! This is a wonderful company to work for, they have a great culture in place and work on some amazing projects, all over the world. This role supports 2 Directors with PA duties plus support across the projects they are working on.

The ideal candidate will show longevity in roles on their CV and will be proactive, hugely organised and able to just get it done.

Duties will include:

  • Design team meetings and other project related meetings on behalf of the project team
  • Book meeting rooms, catering/refreshments, AV/IT requirements and notify reception of all attendees/office visitors.
  • Inbox management, drafting responses on principals behalf
  • Process Director’s timesheets
  • Be the point of contact for clients and project related calls
  • Coordinate site visits for clients/contractors.
  • Arrange/coordinate tours in conjunction with the Communications team
  • Process incoming and outgoing post for project team
  • Agree correspondence protocols with your support team

The ideal candidate will:
