Job Description

A hugely successful family investment office is looking for an accomplished and ambitious PA to join their team as PA to the CEO and Senior Partner. This role will also involve some ad-hoc support to the COO. Based in beautiful offices in The City, you will form part of an incredibly friendly team. This role also offers a small portion of private PA support the CEO and Senior Partner.

Duties include:

  • Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments in business diaries and the domestic diaries of the Senior Partner and CEO Meeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation
  • Extensive telephone liaison at all levels – internal and external, including with UHNW clients
  • Acting as point of contact
  • Managing logistics for all national and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and any necessary paperwork/administration
  • Compiling itineraries and agendas
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Assisting with the management of the home estate on behalf of the Senior Partner/CEO, including: managing utility bills, liaising with domestic staff; and management of school diary requirements
  • Administrative support to the CEO/Senior Partners’ charity, as required Travel booking support for the Company’s UHNW clients, as required

Person specification:

  • Min. 3 years experience in a similar PA role UHNWI experience desirable
  • Expectational attention to detail and strong written and verbal commutation skills
  • Committed team player
  • Utmost confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, time management and conscientiousness
