Job description

A PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED FOR - 61 year old Male AREA : PONTARDDULAIS For 8Hours 30mins and 6 hours in the community 8 hours and 30 minutes of direct payment to be provided to support with morning and tea time routine.

This will include personal hygiene, meal preparation and light domestic support (see below for task details). The Individual feels this will promote flexibility, continuity and familiarity as well as offering him more control over his care.

The Individual prides himself on good punctuality and carers being on time and this is key to consider for Dewi daily routine.

Also 6 HOURS 6 hours of individual support to access the community per week (days and times to be arranged with Service User) The individual would like support with accessing the community in line with his interests.

In the event that transport use, mileage can be claimed at a rate of 45p per mile (maximum miles per week 20).
