Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President for EMEA & Asia within our Investigations Department. This is a pivotal and fast-paced role that goes beyond traditional administrative duties. Acting as a trusted partner and first point of contact, the Executive PA will ensure smooth coordination of the Vice President’s activities across multiple time zones and regions.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively at senior management level. The position requires flexibility for international travel and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to managing complex priorities and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Vice President’s diary, appointments, and meeting schedule across EMEA and Asia.
  • Coordinate and oversee extensive international travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Accompany the Vice President on business travel where required, ensuring seamless logistical and administrative support.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support departmental coordination for the Investigations team, which includes 4 Data Analysts, 10 Associates, and 4 Senior Associates.
  • Anticipate operational needs and provide proactive support to optimise the Vice President’s time and priorities.
  • Manage meeting logistics, materials, and minutes, ensuring timely follow‑up on action points.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects and administrative initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting senior‑level executives in an international or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar administrative tools (advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Strong understanding of Anti Corruption/Bribery/Financial Crime Regulations is beneficial but not essential.
  • A valid driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
