Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to take on the role of Personal Assistant and Operations Coordinator in their London operations team. This role offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of a global law firm, providing direct assistance to senior leaders and gaining exposure to high-level operations and a key pathway to grow your career.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 from home) and a competitive salary. You'll be supporting the Global Head of Workplace Strategy and the Facilities & Client Services Manager, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the team. This role will be 70% PA based supporting these senior leaders then 30% based providing administrative support to the wider operations team.
