Enable is an award-winning social care charity seeking dedicated Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to make a daily positive difference for the people we support. You do not need prior care experience; we hire on values and transferable skills, and you will join a bespoke team around each individual.

Your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support while helping people expand their social networks and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Successful applicants must be willing to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of start date.
• Role may involve assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and supporting individuals with behavioural needs.

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support.
