A leading media agency in London is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to top executives. Responsibilities include managing diaries, scheduling meetings, processing expenses, and organizing client events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid working model and demonstrate excellent time management skills. This role promotes collaboration and flexibility, ensuring a supportive work atmosphere.
This role requires building a close working relationship with the CSEO CIO CPO and HOP handling a range of administrative support related tasks to ensure they are maximising their time efficiently. The right candidate will be proactive with a flexible and can-do approach.

We are looking for a real team player who is positive, calm, and has a passion for finding solutions. You juggle diaries effortlessly and can deliver on short lead times. Throwing together a dinner for 10 with four days notice is a walk in the park. You know when to use discretion and show responsibility, and are aware of the difference between a WhatsApp chat and the voice used in all-client communications.

Our standard working hours are 9:30–17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30–16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
