Job summary

Enable is hiring Personal Assistants in Perth to support adults with learning disabilities. You will provide practical and social care support, helping individuals achieve goals and maintain independence, with shifts that include day, evening and overnight coverage.

No previous care experience is required; values and transferrable skills matter and training will be provided. This is a flexible, rewarding role within a dynamic social care charity, offering 32 hours per week across rotating

About The Role

PERTH

32 hours / week

Shift Pattern:9am - 11pm followed by overnight support. Support is provided 24/7, with rotas reflecting this. Flexibility can be accommodated where needed, ensuring fairness across the team

Shifts can include 9am - 5pm, 5pm - overnight support or a full 24-hour shift.

£13.45 per hour
