We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic Personal Assistant to provide professional support to the CEO’s Office of a well-known FTSE 100. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s Office day-to-day activities. As a Personal Assistant, you will proactively manage the diary and emails, organise travel and accommodation, and prioritise key activities to help achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.
We are looking for a highly organised and forward-thinking individual with the ability to professionally represent the CEO’s Office in communications and meetings at all times. The individual will also deputise for the CEO’s Personal Assistant during periods of annual leave. The individual will have exceptional communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Your ability to work independently, coupled with your confidence and professionalism, will be essential in this role.
This role is based at our Strand office in London.
