Personal Assistant/Administrator Required by Strachan Furniture Makers Ltd, in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

For four generations, the Strachan family has been designing, manufacturing and installing luxury bespoke fitted furniture for discerning clients throughout the UK.

Due to retirement, the company is seeking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant/Administrator for our Head Office on either a part-time or full-time basis.

The Position Involves
  • Providing a quality secretarial and administrative service, including marketing administration.
  • Supporting the Managing Director with varying personal and business tasks.
  • Regular handling of confidential and sensitive information with discretion, including HR Contracts.
  • Providing support to senior management and colleagues across departments.
  • Recording information into the business database management system.
  • Managing projects through to completion.
  • Meeting tight deadlines.
The Position Requires a Person With
  • Good administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise, communicate and manage expectations.
  • The ability to remain confidential and professional with sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and inter personal skills.
