Personal Assistant - Accounts Division
  • Assist the MD in day-to-day financial operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Support in bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
  • Liaise with banks and auditors as directed by the MD.
