Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a car driver
• Experience supporting someone with a visual impairment preferred
• Able to assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Comfort around animals (2 dogs, 3 cats incl. a guide dog)
• Ability to organise home and manage decluttering and storage

• I would like my PA to have a understanding of visual impairment
• Get out and about in the community especially on the Saturday
• I enjoy shopping, going out to cafes, going to places of interest
• Must be a car driver
• Support me with household tasks
• Support me with meal preparation
• Support with checking expired dates on food/items
• Support with going out on errands
• Support with reading post and other items
• Support with de-cluttering
• Support me with organising things in the home, it is important that my PA will tell me when things are put away / moved something
• I have got 2 dogs and 3 cats, the PA must like animals and be happy around animals
• One of my dogs is a guide dog

May include other responsibilities to support with my needs.
