About The Role

Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

ENABLE creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

We are looking for Personal Assistants to join us within our female only services in Edinburgh.

Example Shifts:

Mornings, days, nights as well as overnight support. Shifts can be long or short.

Typical support within each of our female services varies depending on the individual you are supporting however this will include supporting the individual with getting out into the community doing the activities they enjoy as well as supporting them within their own tenancy.

These services will also include supporting with aspects of personal care and moving and handling.
