Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant looking to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join our dynamic Assistant Centre (AC) in London, where you’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the smooth running of our business.
As a Personal Assistant within the AC, you’ll work closely with Executive Assistants (EAs), Admin Assistants (AAs), and other business services teams to deliver exceptional administrative support. Reporting to the Operations Practice Manager (OPM) and supported by the AC Resource Coordinator (ARC), you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience and operational excellence.
This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, with opportunities to develop subject matter expertise in areas such as finance, marketing, travel, and document management.
