About the Role

As a Personal Assistant within the AC, you’ll work closely with Executive Assistants (EAs), Admin Assistants (AAs), and other business services teams to deliver exceptional administrative support. Reporting to the Operations Practice Manager (OPM) and supported by the AC Resource Coordinator (ARC), you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience and operational excellence.

We operate a hybrid working policy, and provide both an excellent benefits package, and opportunities for progression.

This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, with opportunities to develop subject matter expertise in areas such as finance, marketing, travel, and document management.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing high-quality administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Supporting financial processes such as billing, expense claims, and budget tracking.
  • Assisting with marketing and business development activities, including event coordination and CRM updates.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver efficient and client-focused solutions.
  • Managing matter openings, risk checks, and internal systems with accuracy and discretion.
  • Offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance for platforms like Teams and iManage.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong academic background or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • A confident, professional, and approachable manner.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and share best practices.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and stakeholders.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • Work in a centralised service model that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
