Job summary

Persimmon Homes in York is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support the Regional Chair across the North East & Yorkshire division. You’ll manage complex diaries, travel, and top-level meetings, blending traditional PA expertise with modern tools to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate is an experienced senior PA, highly organised, tech-savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently across remote regions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior PA or Executive Assistant.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex schedules.
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using productivity tools, AI, and modern digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships across remote regions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full PA support to the Regional Chair, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate regional activities and communications across multiple territories in the North East & Yorkshire division.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Proactively solve problems using traditional PA skills and AI-enabled tools.
  • Ensure priorities are anticipated and managed in a fast-paced environment.
