Female personal assistant wanted to assist a woman with cerebral palsy. She is a full-time power chair user for her independence who is looking for a new PA to join our small, friendly and active team to enable this to continue. She enjoys an active lifestyle, this includes trips to the gym, swimming, horse riding, and volunteering. Although she copes well with a daily scheduled routine, she can become extremely anxious at times so someone with a good understanding of this would be beneficial. A full, clean driving license is essential for this role. The role will involve sleep‑ins on a flexible basis. Must be animal friendly due to work with horses.

The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately. You have a duty to report defects or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work for which you are applying, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure (costs will be covered).
Full driving licence is essential as the role requires you to drive the employer’s vehicle, for insurance purpose you must be 25.
Successful candidates are required to undertake any training that is considered necessary and appropriate to the role.
