A local direct payments client in Pembrokeshire is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide care and encourage independence for a young individual. Reporting to: The Direct Payments Recipient (the employer that holds all responsibilities for this role) – Pembrokeshire County Council supports the employer in meeting its statutory duties.
A young Direct Payments client in Pembrokeshire is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support them with their care needs. The post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme, which enables the client to manage their support and meet their care needs independently. The successful applicant should be friendly, supportive, flexible and able to work in a way that encourages the client’s independence.
