Personal Assistant - Broughton (Onsite)

Join Guidant Global and help shape the future at the Broughton Plant! We're looking for a proactive, organised, and collaborative Personal Assistant to support senior leaders and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including the CDT Lead and Head of Business for Widebody. You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing diaries, coordinating travel, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to a wide range of business topics, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary & Email Management: Organise and coordinate managers' diaries, handle email correspondence, and prioritise urgent requests.
  • Travel & Expenses: Arrange travel and hotel bookings, and manage expense claims efficiently.
  • Document Preparation: Create and format documents and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and support management team events, including meetings, away days, dinners, and social activities.
  • System & File Management: Maintain shared drives, document management systems, and ensure up-to-date filing.
  • Community Engagement: Support Business in the Community initiatives, including social and Airbus Foundation activities.
  • Order & Goods Receipt: Assist with order raising and goods receipt activities to meet programme spend requirements.
  • Business Communications: Manage communications as required, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.

  • Competitive Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour PAYE / £26.75 per hour Umbrella.
  • Work Pattern: Standard 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion).

Additional Information
